Training in Wales

This weekend I went walking in Wales.

We drove over the bridge from Bristol and decided to do part of the Wye Valley Walk starting in Chepstow.

We started the walk at Chepstow castle early afternoon. It was a great day for it, clear skies, the sun was even shinning!

I have found training in the wintery months rather challenging as all I currently want to do is eat and cosy up with my cat. But this weekend was a break through and next weekend I plan to do a long hard walk on both Saturday and Sunday.

That’s all for now. Enjoy your Sunday evenings all.
